George Dionisopoulos has over 30 years of progressive leadership experience, specialising in security, compliance & risk management and Government relations. His passion for security began when he was working in construction on sites that had a security focus.
George shifted to project management and was given and opportunity to lead a security and risk operation function. This morphed and George then took on all levels of security including fraud and law enforcement. This beginning helped formulate the concept of converged security in his DNA and the importance of partnerships and leadership to help in the delivery of a mature security risk management program.
George’s Head of Security roles in Data Centres have seen him responsible for leading security risk and compliance initiatives and effective security risk management practises. He has been able to embed a security risk management culture into the design, construction, support and operations of data centres.
Brett Ridley has over 25 years of critical environment experience across multiple industries, specialising in operational risk management and developing cross functional teams.
Brett grew up in rural NSW before joining the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) at 19 years old. During his tenure in the RAN, he developed a deep understanding of operational leadership, risk management, mission critical command and control, governance, and operational training methodology.
After 14 years with the RAN, Brett shifted to the data centre industry and was given the opportunity to apply his skills within a new industry. He was tasked to lead operational teams and scale them, as the industry experienced exponential growth. Brett’s various operational roles has seen him responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading cross functionally within the data centre industry. He has been responsible for embedding a strong procedural and continual improvement base to remove the challengers during growth within the industry.
Brett has a passion for ensuring operations are conducted to the highest standards and developing and nurturing key talent.
